Anxiety ๐Ÿ˜ฅ

Anxiety is such a horrible feeling. But thankfully there are many ways to combat anxiety, and the effects it can have on a person's mental state.

There are many reasons why people get anxious, it could be due to trauma, stress, or simply because they are uncomfortable with certain things. Fear and anxiety are not the same thing! Fear affects people in the moment, while anxiety is a worry, either of something that happened or what's to come.

My advice to you, to help prevent your anxiety, is to focus on what's most important, and try not to achieve 'too much' your life. For example, if a project you are working on isn't working out, don't try to continue it WHILE working on something new. Try to focus on less things in your life, and do what you believe is necessary for having a comfortable and fulfilling life! 

Seeking help online is also an amazing tool for dealing with anxiety. Sometimes all you need is someone who is willing to hear you out, and to help solve your problems without you keeping your worries to yourself. It depends on the situation of course, and not everything can be solved. But please also remember that life is short, and you can only do so much, so I don't think you'll be told off for not being better. We can only do what we can, and that's ok.

So please take care of yourself. The rest of your life is gonna be ok, so try not to worry so much! ๐Ÿ’›
