Eating and drinking are both necessary components to our daily lives. Without them, we wouldn't even exist!

However, it may be difficult for some to keep a balanced diet, and others may even struggle to eat at all. I believe the best approach to these problems is by talking to a professional, as you may not understand your body's needs as well as you should.

For those who don't have an eating disorder, but still forget to eat, I'd highly suggest that you write down specific schedules somewhere, so that you remember what times you need to eat/drink. Put those reminders in a place you often see, either on paper or on your device. Sticking to your schedule will really help you balance your diet, and will ultimately help you feel more in control of your body health! ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ
